Returns Text
We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully on delivery and before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
If you change your mind within 14 days of delivery:
- Fill out the below
- Await returns number (the return is not authorised until you have received an email from a member of our team)
- Package goods suitably and return at your cost (include returns number in the package)
- Once goods inspected and everything is in order (items are in an unused and saleable condition), a full refund will be issued.
If there is a fault with the product:
- Fill out the below ensuring you describe the fault in the “fault or other details” box.
- Goods can be collected and refunded or re-supplied. Please state which in the “fault or other details” box.
- Package goods suitably and await collection.
- We may call you to discuss the options open to you so please ensure you include an easily contactable telephone number.
